Will my data be secure with Hart IT?
Definitely. All our client accounts are arranged in their own private silos and cannot see any other clients data. One-time passwords are never used. Passwords are encrypted.
How often will my dashboard update?
This depends on what plan you choose and ranges from 1 hours down to as often as 1 minute.
Can I build my own dashboard?
Yes and we’ll help you get started too! All you need is a subscription (1st month is free!) and then you can choose from 100’s of integrations and prebuilt dashboard templates.
How long will it take you to build my dashboard?
This will depend on how complex your needs are and how you have your data stored. After we have had a meeting with you to determine your needs we will be able to give you a timeframe to complete it.
How can I access my dashboards?
They can be accessed from any device with a web browser, including laptops, smartphones and TVs. There is also a mobile app for iOS and Android.
I can’t see my software on your Integrations page, do you support it?
We haven’t come across any software that we can’t connect to yet! Even if the software has no API we can connect via other methods like emailed files and FTP.
