Scheduled Email Snapshots

You can have a snapshot of your dashboard(s) emailed to you on a schedule. This can be daily, weekly, monthly, or on the first or last day of a month. Some examples of how our customers use it are:

* Sending the Sales Team the results so far for the month every day at 7am
* The Sales Manager receives a snapshot at 9pm on the last day of every month, showing the teams sales and activity performance vs. targets for the month. Also useful for keeping a history!
* The Operations team receives a snapshot every Monday at 8 am before their 8:30am weekly meeting, showing them the previous weeks despatch and safety stats

If you’d like them set up for you just email support@hartit.io with what dashboard you want sent, who to, and at what time. Times can be either on the hour or 30 minutes past.
