This is a dashboard for a fictional company with 4 sales people, Bill, Elon, Jeff, & Steve. To promote a little healthy competition it shows 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place medals based on their monthly progress. They have different monthly targets but the ranking is based on & of target achieved so they all have an equal chance of being first.
Bill, Elon, Jeff, & Steve are all competitive – that’s why they’re in sales – and this dashboard has spurred plenty of friendly rivalry! It also features a 1st place up for the person in 1st place for the day.
The biggest number on the board though is the daily sales figure. All staff in the business keep a close eye on this and there’s usually a cheer when it hits the target for the day.
